Overview

Twenty is an open-source CRM you run entirely on your own server: contacts, companies, deals, and the activity around every opportunity, in a fast, Notion-like interface. Shape the data model to your own pipeline with custom objects, fields, and views, and keep every record in your home server's database rather than a vendor cloud.

Features

  • Contacts, companies, and deal pipelines with table, kanban, and board views
  • Custom objects and fields to match your own workflow
  • A shared workspace for the whole household or team
  • File attachments stored locally on your server

Setting up

malmo provisions the PostgreSQL database and Redis cache Twenty needs automatically, so there is nothing to wire up. On first visit, create the workspace and admin account, then start adding records.

Good to know

Email is off by default: to send workspace invitations and notifications, add your own SMTP provider under Settings, then Emails. On an appliance without remote access set up, Twenty's invitation links and a few HTTPS-only browser conveniences (such as copy-to-clipboard buttons) only work over your LAN; the CRM itself works fully on your network either way.
